Some ideas for Braindances, including BD theatre mode. Posted: 02 Jan 2022 03:10 AM PST Braindances: - Braindances become the equivalent of books in Skyrim, giving insight into the world, it's people and it's culture - Braindances could be longer short stories or short experiences - Type of braindance you can get depends on vendor (eg. legal or illicit) Types of BDs: - Environment braindances. Like the monk questline, where V is taken to a scene and can look around: Jungles, oceans, volcanos, other cities, space or perhaps more fictional ones, fantasy castle, watching a dragon, flying through the clouds. A large variety of different environments, only have to be 20-30 seconds. This gives a great insight into the different ways people in Night City use BD's to fuel their emotions. As well as very interesting lore such as visiting other Cyberpunk cities, such as India or Japan. - Lore braindances. Secretly recorded BD's from gang or corpo territory of a conversation or piece of information which fleshes out the different factions of NC. V can use the editor for even more info. - Gameplay braindances. These are a great idea in my opinion. So, you'll watch a braindance of a crime (eg. drug production warehouse, criminal hideout) you can leave it there if you want to. Or if the player takes initiative, you could, using the BD video feed, use your knowledge of the city to try and find where it had taken place, and youd be able to either call Regina and take a non-lethal approach or kill all of them, no quest markers or updates at all, just a world event. This is world interaction. - Illicit BD. Crimes, murders, POV blackouts, torture and so on. Gives the player more ideas of what people pay for in the BD market. - Sexual BDs. Fleshes out the sexual content that is slightly lacking in the game. Different partner or partners in each BD, varying genders, sex acts and so on. - Misc BDs. One-off braindances that don't fit the categories, maybe even tying into the main story. Braindance Theatre Mode: After unlocking the Braindance headset with Judy, you have the option to start recording and stop recording during gameplay, you can then go to your apartment and edit the BD, camera angles, effects and so on, trimming and cropping and everything else. I feel like this is such a good way to implement Braindances as you can record your own, making it immersive, but also edit it within Cyberpunk, so it works for immersion but also for recording gameplay. Posted: 02 Jan 2022 03:24 AM PST Hello! I just bought Cyberpunk and i played for 3 hours, messed up stats and now restarting :D Before restart i noticed i like playing hitman-like style, so i think silenced revolvers. What i would like from my build is to have many tools that lets me set up for stealth 1-hit-kill-headshots. I`m only lvl6 now, but realli like this. So my question is - Do i even need reflexes? from what i gather about points, i can get 3 stats to 20 and i need to choose which ones. I completely ignore body, since i do not plan on getting hit that much. I play very hard difficulty and i`d like to have just enough damage to do 1hitkill headshots, and put the rest into fun tools to set up kills. Which stats are the best for that? [link] [comments] |
