- We're digging through Judy's stuff with Johnny
- The little mule in the game really gives me the urge to buy a Subaru Brat and do a cyberpunk build instead of a rat rod build.. someone help..
- It's not a one way ticket samurai.
- Game looks great on the PS5. I bought it on Xbox one at launch and got a refund. I’m glad i bought it again.

- my god , this mission gives messages that contain many meanings apart from an ordinary game mission. It was a task that seriously affected and made one think. a simple way to show how they use someone who has a feeling of regret for their own benefit

Definitely wanted the corpo rat storyline to NOT be interrupted. Posted: 29 Aug 2021 12:17 PM PDT We all know of course that no matter what you choose, you end up in the same spot during the intro of the game more or less. However, the corpo rat start off was so full of material and backstory that, to me, was just saddening when it all had to end. Anyone feel the same? [link] [comments]

My opinion on Cyberpunk after 1.3 Patch For Those Who Are Interested In The New Update Posted: 29 Aug 2021 08:49 PM PDT I did not buy the game on release, and instead chose to wait for 8 months to play it. I think that the game is fine. It is not as good as I hoped it would be, but not as bad as people claimed. It is ultimately yet another open world game, similar to those released by Ubisoft, EA, Bethesda and etc. It has a big world for you to explore, a few interesting characters, good main and side missions. Just like other open world games, it has seemingly infinite number of repetitive time wasting tasks for you to do (think of Radiant Quests in Skyrim). The combat system and skills are mostly just numbers that you get to increase. They are fine and it is something that other open world games often use. After 1.3 patch, the game has only a few visual bugs, and nothing that is game breaking. With that being said, there is one thing I personally found borderline offensive. Cyberpunk has a quest system that heavily uses the "in-game clocks". The most prominent example of it is a series of quests related to Judy Alvarez (one of main side characters). At the end of each quest, you will be asked to "wait" for a certain period of time before the character calls you and you will be given a subsequent quest. I tried to skip time, tried to do other quests, tried to reloading my save, tried to fast travel from place to place, and none of it worked. The only thing that worked is leaving my game running for several IRL hours. You will encounter these "waiting roadblocks" in nearly every main and major side quest (aka side job) in the game. The reason for such quest design could be either fairly innocent, such as to encourage a player to complete open-world tasks, or fairly nefarious, such as the developers' understanding that the game has a very limited amount of the actually engaging content, so they have to artificially inflate it by putting these IRL waiting hours, similar to mobile games. Consequently, the player's enjoyment of the game is heavily affected by how much they liked the minor open-world tasks. I personally did not like them and found the unskippable IRL waiting times to be annoying. EDIT: This is just my humble extremely subjective opinion of the game. [link] [comments]
Posted: 29 Aug 2021 05:49 PM PDT So, after my 3rd playthrough I was looking through waiting for rogue to call and I noticed Jackies number so I decided to ring it, I thought eh it'll probably just say unable to call or so. Colour me surprised ''This number is temporarily unavailable'' and I wasn't surprised..But then I was...''Leave a message'' and you get to leave a message...Idk why but it made me sad, because I know there are people who actually do that to cope with losing someone and idk..it felt so or too real? What's one thing you guys found that made you really just step back and say ''wow..'' ? [link] [comments]

since Patch 1.3 i keeping having random combat encounters while driving around Posted: 29 Aug 2021 09:00 PM PDT forgive me if i explain this horribly, but since patch 1.3 i have been constantly getting into combat while just driving around, like i might be driving downtown and ill roll past a group of cops and despite not being close to them or anything they'll be aggro'd and put me into combat despite not having a wanted star, same thing with random gang members i might be driving around and ill just all of a sudden be in combat, i wont hear or see anyone, but thats cause it aggro'd some malestrom gangers for example who are sitting a block away and it doesnt even end there, i guess its related but a few times once for example while i was driving down the freeway, being extremely clean, not even touching any of the cars on the road, and i just randomly got a wanted star, someone got screwed up with this patch and its driving me insane, now disclaimer: i do use quite a few mods, i did used to use enhance police at one point but ive since removed it, originally because i thought it was the cause of all these weird combat encounters [link] [comments]

Posted: 29 Aug 2021 05:45 PM PDT There's a quest where you have to escort a dying man to another driver. It falls on that driver to get him to a ripper doc. I stood on the car to see what would happen. And sure enough we ended up in the badlands and just stopped. Just, stopped. Worth the scenic trip at least. [link] [comments]
