Absolutely the worst thing in the game for me so far. Like i hate driving, i prefer running to the destination.

I haven't played CP in 2 weeks and first day back on and this shit happens

Weather transitions are still too fast :(

After 2 weeks of development, I just released StreetStyle, a mod that adds an fully-fledged Fashion System to the game. With that mod, your choice of equipment now can affect gameplay in more interesting ways than just armor!

    RDR2 is better than CP2077

    Posted: 02 Aug 2021 03:19 AM PDT

Hi, I finished CP2077 few days after relase, it took me about 26 hrs, spent 14 hrs more looking for some fun to be had but didn't find anything cool except Mayor questline.

Recently I bought RDR2 and this world is so much more complex and realistic, even going to the shop is other experience than in other games and I feel like I'm playing a piece of art.

I didn't finish RDR2 yet, I'm at 50% after around 30/40 hrs into, but the plot is sooo much better so far, characters are memorable and feel like humans not, edgy over the top fanfictionesque creatures, also they didn't spoil most important deaths in their trailer so I'm actually invested into the story.

World is the best I ever saw in any games. Also better than GTA V if I could compare those titles. When I played CP2077 I constantly felt like I am playing much worse game than Witcher 3.

Also in RDR2 I can play FPP as well as TPP. Just I think even if CP2077 would be finished and polished it'd be 6/10 or 6.5/10 at best. Just world design is bad, characters are unlikable, V is like taken from teenage drama kind of shit, gunplay isn't fun, driving sucks, there is no AI, even shopping is worse than in W3, you can only play FPP, game feels like lootershooter, plot is mediocre and predictable, also spoiled, and for most part I felt like I'm not even main character, which was Keanu Silver Sleeves instead.

Do you think is it fair to compare those titles? Did you like CP2077 more than RDR2?

Sorry for bad grammar, or spelling, I'm native Polish and learnt English from movies and games so I could fuck something up

I don't want DLC, I want them to optimize the game

    Posted: 02 Aug 2021 08:06 AM PDT

I played this game on PS4, PS5 and on PC.

    • On any platform, the combat and movement of the character just feels floaty and weird

    • I constantly get stuck on things on the floor

    • Visuals look blurry

    • Still tons of NPCs and cars glitching out

    • Buildings don't load properly when driving

Like yeah they fixed the game breaking quest stuff, but the last (small) update was 1.5 months ago and the game still feels bad to play.

I check for updates every day and every day I'm disappointed...

Have you considered taking a step forward?

    Kinda love Cyberpunk

    Posted: 02 Aug 2021 11:59 AM PDT

    Hey gang,

I bought Cyberpunk right at release and played the living crap out of it, like every side mission and police event in every district. I've yet to find anyone who actually really enjoys the game and doesn't have a lot of complaints about it. Has anyone else had a good experience with the game besides some minor bugs?

They made one of the best games of the decade, followed by one of the worst lmao

Lead Quest Designer explains that his words about the DLC have been taken out of context. From now on, he limits the number of answers on DLC topics. His big announcement was the new graphics on his channel and the gameplay from The Witcher 2.

I wish armor values would be transferable so that we could wear whatever we like.

    Posted: 02 Aug 2021 04:55 PM PDT

What is your thoughts on that? It is ridiculous to wear something stupid just for armor values.

    What this game needs(opinion)

    Posted: 02 Aug 2021 09:31 PM PDT

Im sure this topic has been done to death, but we are slowly approaching a year since this game has been released and not much has changed, I havent played it much, im sure its in a better state(thats not saying much) and this is what i want.

I beat the story within the first week at launch, outside of that theres no depth to this game, which is unfortunate cus i thought thats what i wanted most out of it. At this point i can only assume we likely wont get the product we thought we were gonna get.

    1. Hold off on the DLC, im straight up saying hold off. First, the dlc isnt adding much to the game, new guns and whatnot are always fun, but not in the state the game is currently in, the dlc is no more than slapping a band aid on a broken leg

    2. Hold off on nextgen launch(unless its truly ready to go with no holes) granted id still rather them hold off

    3. Last thing, what this game needs, is CDPR to drop a HUGE bomb on this product, i don't even care if it takes another year. They need to do a story expansion, because from what ive read, the endings of the game left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths.

By huge bomb i mean: Drop the nextgen launch, DLCs, story expansion, and optimizations all in one huge update.

With more people being able to come by nextgen consoles now that they've been out for a while, depending how they go about it, it could be truly what revives this game.

Advertise a nextgen launch, with the things ive said, so that way when people boot up the nextgen version, people have a lot of things to look forward too.

I really dont think fixing the optimization is going to be what helps this game, yes its a big problem, but its not the only big problem, the ending of the story, and lack of depth are two huge flaws, the lack of depth being the biggest one(my opinion)

I really believe they have a huge opportunity here to bring the game to a good place, and sprinkling in these small updates here and there fixing some things, while other things are still broken, isnt going to help their game.

Yeah, ok so it was a "joke", but 8 months later, *why* isn't there DLC?

    Posted: 02 Aug 2021 04:43 AM PDT

It's not like we're upset about nothing. DLC was promised early 2021, I took that to mean the first three months, then there was a hack, let's be generous and say they lost 2 months worth of work, so then there is May, nothing.

OK, I suppose early could have been four months instead of three.

Then comes June, OK, now technically, early could mean up until June 31st, so add two months of work for the hack, that's August.

That's taking a very generous view of the originally promised timeline.

And now we are here, in August, and we are mocked for our impatience by the lead quest designer of Cyberpunk who maybe should maybe be working instead of streaming.

My bad, deadlines are a fiction.

I connected to V more in 3rd person cutscenes than entire game, Not adding optional 3rd person gameplay was a mistake, Let people decide which way to play is better. Specially if game have fully customiziable character. If this abouth “vision” why vehicles have 3rd option?

How is gameplay on a PC these days? Haven't played since release

    Posted: 02 Aug 2021 04:01 PM PDT

Title. is it worth re-installing again?

Did they finally fix the game to be good to play on a Desktop PC? I had it installed via GOG once but got sick of the bugs (right after release on PC via GOG)
