| Posted: 04 Aug 2021 08:22 PM PDT I'm that kinda guy that sits on V's apartment and turns on WNS news before going to sleep. they are very high quality and have a lot of interesting lore and news that continues to change even more after completing certain quests but man, watching it with that low frame rate and that motion delay when they talk makes it very irritating, can it just be smooth like the trailers? is it like that because it helps the game run better? Somebody here ripped the ads from the game files and it looks smooth, they just slapped the low frame rate in it. Would really appreciate a fix or a mod that changes that. [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 04 Aug 2021 04:10 PM PDT I'm not sure if this is already known but after several hundred hours of play time I seriously did not know this, until now. It was brought to my awareness after I "fixed" the Punisher perk in my mod Unofficial Gameplay Patches that the these last perks are unlocked automatically and start working immediately upon reaching a 20 proficiency level in that skill tree. So putting a perk point in these perks are un-necessary unless you want that perk to be stronger. I was able to confirm this after looking at the Tweak Dump from CDPR all these last perks: "Punisher", "Merciless", "Dragon Strike", etc.. have 0 checks if you have perk points put into them, the only check there is; is if you're level 20 in the proficiency.
