    Hey Choombas,

    Launch date quickly approaches! April will be here before we know it, and with the launch of the game will come more users, more excitement, and more moderation needed! As such, we are opening applications for the mod team. We are looking for two to three individuals who work well in a team, and are motivated to make this place the best sub it can be!

    What's everyone's ideal multiplayer for Cyberpunk?

    Just curious how people think it'll be implemented, and how much (if any) it'll tie into the singleplayer experience. Will it be Co-op, PVE, PVP? Will multiplayer use your character from singleplayer, or be entirely separate like GTA? Open world in Night City, or seperate custom made multiplayer arenas?

    Despite all the recent "controversies" Cyberpunk 2077 is on the top-selling list once again (it was top-selling for a couple of weeks after the E3 announcement)
    I think it just goes to show that normal people don't really care about things that game journos and YouTubers get upset by, we just want to play a good game that is made by good devs
    To be honest the only thing that I'm a bit worried about is the "lack" of third person cutscenes, but I'm fairly certain it will work out eventually and the majority of players will be happy
    Generally, I'm pretty much against pre-orders but I do that sometimes with companies that I know I can trust and my money won't go to waste if I will invest in the game before it comes out - also yes, Steam takes a cut for each copy sold but people like their games to be on one dedicated library so I can understand it (personally I've pre-ordered a physical copy from a local store, I want them goodies)

    Story theory

    Dont know if People have discussed this before but this is a thought of mine that came to mind. I well know i could be wrong because im not so deep delved into The lore and pretty new to The subreddit so pls correct me.

    You start The game off with a prefixed charracter, The same male V you see in The trailer. You do The job for dex and gets The chip but then you get killed. Everything up until this point is like a prologue part of the game where they teach you The mechanics and what not. And then you come to The charracter creation menu and get to create your own V with The mind of the V you played before, uploaded via The chip you just stole (i read some shit about a imortality chip central to The story) . Enter keanue and The whole "wake The fuck up samurai" thing, he sets you on a mission and The game kicks in for real.

    What do you think?

    Edit: well fuck me just saw someone post a story thread before me. So if it seems like I copied some thing from that it was unintended...

    Having the option to wield 2 weapons at the same time is sadly not available in many games but I hope this game gives you the option to wield 2 pistols , mp's and small shotguns

    Anyone having trouble purchasing from CDPR's USA store?

    I get all the way through to the payment portion (the past portion), and it's saying my card (through Chase Bank) and payment requires additional verification and to call the bank.

    Anyone else having this issue? My card is in good standing and has plenty of balance left.
