What archetype you will play? Posted: 08 Sep 2019 05:28 AM PDT After watching the deep dive video and rewatching the 2018 showcase video for the 58463825891 time, my hype levels are at a new high. I really love how fluid the character creation and development system seems to be. The RPG elements are what I live for. The flexibility in the type of character you can play is ridiculous and will allow for multiple playthroughs I am intrigued to find out what sort of combinations/ archetypes everyone is considering to use on their first playthrough. I have so many ideas in my head and it will change multiple times before the release date. Taking into account the: - Skill tree/system we saw in the deep dive video - Style Over Substance posters (Neokitsch, Neomilitarianism, Kitsch and Entropism) - The Origin choices (Nomad, Street Kid, Corporate) My favoured build idea thus far is a - Gunslinging [Neokitsch] Street Kid. A heavy reliance on Snipers, Light Machine Guns and Heavy Pistols. Where possible to stealth with the sniper I will and when things get testy an Energy LMG or Heavy Pistol will probably be my weapons of choice to deal with enemies. Would love to know everyone else's idea of builds using those 3 main components. If you haven't thought of one is there anything you are leaning towards? The thing is that I obviously want it directly from gog and give them that share they would lose with steam, but I highly prefer to pay with cash, and I don't have that option tmwith gog.
