I LOVE this game, and I need more! Posted: 20 Mar 2022 04:47 PM PDT Sooo, I have just finished the game, done 4 out of the 5 game endings and just wanted to say: CDPR: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS GAME! Seriously... It took me over a year to finish it but that was because of personal reasons and my issues off getting into big open worlds. I had the same problem with Witcher 3 back in 2016. I Pre-ordered Cyberpunk, played a bit after realease and had this sour taste in my mouth, knowing how many issues it had. i didn't face many but there were still some issues. I dragged the game with me until the 25h mark, I didn't really got into it... but listening to the soundtrack going to work or just being outside, it always reminded me: i need to finish the game. And suddenly a few weeks back, I got hooked, I understood things, I followed along and just couldn't get enough of the game. I just wanted to say, that I appreciate the affort that went into this game, especially after the 1.5 patch. Even after forgetting sooo many things, the moment I got hooked, I cared for every character and I didn't want to screw things up. Spoiler territory incoming: The story of the unavoidable death is just... wow, together with the setting, the characters, their performance, the f'n soundtrack - it gives me chills. It's so special, so great. I loved how much detail and thought got put into the endings except one. The Hell of Arasakas clinic, the happy ending with the aldecados really were great. "The Sun" ending was a bit confusing but sill, great atmosphere. And speaking of atmosphere... Jeeez, the suicide ending just stabbed me in the heart. It was soooo well put together, the reaction of your friends were so touching (Judy, I am so sorry!), I really had to swipe a tear. The atmosphere is out of this world. I already mentioned it before, but the soundtrack is so unique, it blends into the game, I always feel dragged into the world. Best example for this is the scene here; Not every game gets me so emotional invested as this one: So yeah, consider this as an appreciation post! [link] [comments] | ||
