- Think I need a bit more weight in the back…
- Despite being an open world RPG, I think Cyberpunk's gunplay beats out a lot of competitive FPS titles on the market. Movement is a little jank but a solid experience nonetheless
- Police chased me??? I swear to god I don't have any mods. I'm sorry for the low quality. Also this wasn't one of those scripted chases. I know long title.
- Never Fade Away Jackie
- The Fastest Gun In The Night City
- Hot take: I don't want a police chase or wanted system beyond what is currently in the game
- Kerenzikov + dagger dealer= pure badassery

- playing with minimal HUD really hits different

- Brendan wasn't always here right? Or did I just miss out on meeting him before?
- Johnny's real name and other info
- Cyberpunk Next gen
- I just love the fog in this game, no rain just fog...
- Wasn't the sliding glitch patched? Seems like the game tried registering my death but the car interfered or something lol. Def was not expecting this to happen, recorded on series x.

Hot take: I don't want a police chase or wanted system beyond what is currently in the game Posted: 16 Mar 2022 03:20 PM PDT I feel like I'm taking crazy pills because almost every day I see a post or comment on this subreddit either complaining about the lack of a police wanted system or getting really excited about police chases, and I have to ask if y'all have really thought through what it is you want. Right now the wanted score pops up when you kill a civilian or police officer, and then if you run away quickly enough, it eventually goes away on its own. It seems like there are some people who think this either needs to be eternally persistent or there should be yet another mechanic added to this already mechanically rich (or bloated, depending on who you ask) game for reducing wanted levels. The first option is clearly horrible. Are you saying that anytime I accidentally hit a civilian with a stray bullet or car, the police should chase me til the end of the world? This would make the game literally unplayable. The second option is less of a game breaker (like paying a fine as in RDR2 or elbow grease mini-jobs as in AC2) but would this really add something meaningful to the game world? Or is it yet another, unenjoyable and pointless thing to do in a game that is already bursting at the seams with things to do? I don't know how other people experience the game, but the annoyance of having to run away from the scene of the accident is already enough of a deterrant for me to avoid killing civilians needlessly. And every so often, if you want to take on the entirety of NCPD and flatline in a blaze of glory and metal, you can do that too, by standing your ground and taking on the whole world. This is already in the game. I don't understand what more y'all want added to the police system in the game. [link] [comments] | ||
