- They fixed the LOD issue on lamp posts with 1.3 (the video clip before shows the issue 6 months prior to the latest update while the second clip shows the new update it's fixed now)

| I Want to see Cyberpunk 2077 succeed in the Public Eye of Gamers Posted: 20 Aug 2021 01:10 PM PDT I've been on and off playing this fascinating game but more so waiting for the major updates to really bring the game to more complete status. With that in mind, I definitely want this game to succeed overall especially since the devs put so much work in. Im a sucker for underdog games like No Man's Sky and Fallout 76 where even though they had a not so stellar release, they have been growing more and more positive for gamers as they still work to improve and bring to life their original vision of a game. | Posted: 20 Aug 2021 12:37 PM PDT Between all the crying about expansion talk, jacket DLC tears, and posts about the patch live stream. I am happy to say the patch not only gave me more frames, but the game now hasn't crashed in 2 seperate play sessions. Both over an hour. Prior to the patch it crashed every 10-15 minutes. There have been a few bugs, nothing crazy. But hey, minor graphical weirdness is a small price to pay to at least play the game without worrying about it killing my GPU from constant crashes. Yes, the least we should ask for is for the game to work at launch. But this is the boat we're in. They patched the game, and now it works better overall. So I am thankful. I can be negative and say it's long overdue or jacket DLC sucks (even though it's free but whatever), but I'd rather just be thankful they're fixing the game. I enjoy my time in it and glad they're working to fix it. Here's hoping we do get an expansion in the future. I hope everyone has a great day, be safe. [link] [comments] | ||

| Hot take: The “Secret” ending should let you chose between “The Sun” and the “The Star” endings Posted: 20 Aug 2021 11:14 PM PDT The secret ending is not really all that special, the main pull of it is that no one (else) has to die however it's kinda pointless to go for the Don't fear the reaper route unless you want the extra challenge however I think it would be nice if there was a way to choose if V gets to leave with panam(or an inferior romantic option) or go through with the casino heist. Is this likely to happen? No. Would a completely different ending be a much better option? Yes I just want a happy ending god dammit [link] [comments] | ||
