| It's been half-a-year since release and I still can not change my hair. Posted: 20 Jun 2021 06:04 PM PDT I feel like this is by far the biggest let-down to me. Like, most of the adverts at the time displayed Night City as a place where no-one stays the same, with these vivid characters in different styles. For an open-world RPG with a character creator, one of the feature I believed must be in the game (but wasn't directly announced) was a freaking barber. It's something we had in similar games back in 2000s, and even Witcher 3 had it added some time after, which makes me believe they are well aware of this mechanic, yet, Cyberpunk still doesn't have it? At least an option within a main-menu where we can change our hair? Not even make up, like I guess in 2077 your lipstick lasts until you are dead, but for the love of God let us experience any customization with our characters CDPR. Now, well, I'm well aware that these features are further and further away the more times passes from the release, and I was a dumb fella to hope such a basic feature would be implemented within one of these hotfixes, as I actually believed it was missing. A barber - hair dresser for a game that displays variety in looks and styles, a game with so many NPCs with so many different ones, and a bunch of them to choose from at the beginning, with all the adverts beforehand hinting at such a possibility, which by 2021 standards is a common practice as I can't remember a game of this type to not have it, and it's still not there. I need to rely on a mod to change my ugly ass hair. :( [link] [comments] | ||

Sometimes I just walk around and look at stuff, I just let the game run while I'm texting or doing dishes. One thing I REALLY yearn for is a place to sit. | Posted: 20 Jun 2021 11:46 AM PDT In the 2019 Deep Dive video, Pacifica was described as a violent and dangerous area of Night City, where gang wars disrupted the lives of locals. But none of that appeared in the final game. There's no sign of an actual gang war, it's only mentioned through dialogue and quests. Locals don't seem to hate living there, even though Pacifica was described as a bad place to live considering that NCPD don't enter the area. Heck, there's even kids playing on the sidewalks. So where is this Pacifica that was supposed to be dangerous? The only sign of danger that I could find was the wreak and fire under that one bridge. I've also noticed that Afterlife mercs keep Pacifica safe, they usually hang around in pairs or trios and attack when they hear gunshots but that's about it. It was also mentioned that a fast bike or armored car would be the ideal method of transport in Pacifica but walking butt naked doesn't seem to effect anything. But that huge NUSA in the arm seems out of place to me, since that tattoo has a more rebellious vibe. With "punk" and "hate" tattoed in the body i don't see how a person would support the reunification under the federal goverment. (Maybe i'm thinking too much about it!!😆😆) The problems is that i like the meanings behind tattoos and can't get that out of my head now. Which one of the tattoos is more suited for a Nomad??
