This means that you can post your random Cyberpunk 2077 discussions, even if they may not be OC/making a new point. A couple of examples are: Basic polls, like, 'What lifepath are you choosing?' Hype posts, like, 'This is Why I'm so Excited for Cyberpunk 2077 Battlestation posts, sharing your PC or console setup with a Cyberpunk 2077 theme We will also be relaxing our moderation of rule 6, which means that you can post your Cyberpunk 2077 themed memes! Can we preemptively ban posts of people sitting in front of loading screens? Posted: 26 Nov 2020 11:23 PM PST One or two parody images on the main page have reminded me of what it's like to be in every other reddit on a big release. A sea of people trying to get their picture of their controller in front of a loading screen to hit the top of the page. It just seems a bit vapid to me. Meaningless fluff that just crowds the page for more interesting posts about actual game content. Fanart and stuff. The kind of things I look at the reddits for in the first place. Maybe I'm alone here, and maybe I'm a bit harsh for saying this. But I don't care about other peoples loading screens. All the rest of us are going to see the exact same thing. Think we can institute a ban on these types of posts so the new page has some actual interesting stuff [EDIT: Forgot I posted this and came back to a decent amount of upvotes. Stop saying certain life paths are the best or make the most sense. Posted: 26 Nov 2020 07:37 AM PST Play whatever makes you most immersed into the game. There's no wrong or right choice. It's clear that people seem to think the meta lifepath is nomad and there's a huge circle jerk around it. There are videos on youtube with titles like "tHiS iS tHe bEsT lIfEpAtH" etc when the game is not even out yet. All of this is nonsense. The whole thing about being new to Night City is not really true since nomads are educated, done a lot construction work in NC and know how smuggling and other shady stuff in NC work. Who said that V hasn't been to NC before and done work there? Play what makes you immersed into the game and the world of Cyberpunk. For me personally Street kid is what Cyberpunk is about for me, where high tech meets low life. You start at the bottom compared to the other two lifepaths. Nomad having the freedom and Corpo the money. A lot of the cars, bikes and clothing we've seen V can equip seem to fit the kitch lifestyle and it would be totally immersion-breaking for me if I'm a nomad who drives a sportbike in a gold suit for exemple.
