    Hey Choombas,

    Feel free to use this thread to ask any simple questions you may have surrounding Cyberpunk 2077 the game, it's lore, merchandise, or anything else related to it!

    FAQs:

    Will they release Cyberpunk 2077 early? What about a demo? Character customization early?

    As cool as that would be, it is very unlikely.

    When is Cyberpunk 2077 releasing?

    Cyberpunk 2077 releases on November 19, 2020

    Will you be able to preload the game?

    This is currently unconfirmed; however, it is a fair assumption.

    What kind of PC should I build? Do I need to upgrade my PC? Can I run it? What are the minimum specs?

    We don't know yet.

    Will Cyberpunk 2077 have mod support?

    Not on launch. Possibly later.

    If I pre-order the physical edition for PC, what do I get?

    A code to use on GoG.

    Can I get the physical pre-order goodies, if I pre-order the digital version of the game?

    No. You need to pre-order physical to get physical bonuses.

    Can I play the game in third-person?

    No. The game takes place almost entirely in first person. Some cut scenes and driving sequences will take place in third person.

    If I buy the game on current-gen, do I get a free upgrade to next-gen?

    Yes for Xbox One/Xbox Series X and for PS4/5!

    What about cross-save?

    Possible confirmation on Xbox ("pick up where you left off"). No confirmation about PS4/5.

    When can I get my next news fix?

    Night City Wire Episode 2, in "just a few weeks.*

    What are the character customization options?

    6 skin types, 35 hairstyles, 17 eyes, 8 eyebrows, 17 mouths, 17 jaws, 17 ears, 8 pieces of cyberware, 9 types of scars, 6 types of tattoos, 11 piercings, 5 types of teeth, 8 types of eye makeup, 5 types of lip makeup, three types of blemishes, 3 types of nipples, 5 types of body tattoos, 2 types of body scars, 2 types of dicks, 1 vagina option, 5 types of pubic hairs, and a range of dick size options.

    Can I play without any augmentations/cyberware?

    No, some will be required for a quest. An example is the Kiroshi optics and subdermal grip from the 2018 gameplay demo.

    Can I perform a purist (no killing) playthrough?

    Yes!

    Are there any Cyberpunk books, movies, games, music, etc, that I can look at to fill my hype for now?

    As per many user requests, we have finally added Nomad, Streetkid and Corpo flairs!

    If you are unsure how to add give yourself a user flair, here are the steps:

    Old Reddit New Reddit
    Under the JOIN ('leave' if you are already subscribed to the sub) button, your username appears with the option to [EDIT FLAIR]. Just click on that, and choose your flair. Under the CREATE POST button, there is a drop-down menu titled 'COMMUNITY OPTIONS'. Click on the menu and then click the pencil icon and then choose your flair.

    Artwork for the flairs will be added in the future and the current artwork on the Old Reddit site will be added to the New Reddit version.

    Rarity of loot is confirmed by the color of the X as we learned. Clothing and guns have different colors of rarity so when you kill a enemy you can get a a range of items.

    This has been extremely tough for me because I am extremely hyped for this game. I have purposefully avoided anything and everything related to the game and its content with the exception of letting friends occasionally talk about the gameplay they have watched. So far, I have only seen the screenshots on the Steam store. Wondering if anyone is doing this? Also just generally feel free to AMA

    With all the effort creating custom genitalia, would be interesting to be able to run around naked and all that. Bonus points if NPCs give weird stares and comment on you running around in your birthday suit.

    Predictions for NCW Episode 3

    In the last 2 episodes of NCW, there have been a total of 3 topics covered in each episode.

    • Episode 1: "The Gig" Trailer/ Cyberpunk: Edgerunners/ Braindance
    • Episode 2: Life Paths/ Refused becoming Samurai/ Weapons

    Episode 3 will be the final NCW and with that here is my PREDICTION as to what we will see next.

    • Episode 3: Cars (Their tiers from high end to low-end vehicles and motorcycles) / Music (Hollie Bennett in the last NCW confirmed that they would discuss radio stations and also the score in a future episode so it might as well be what is shown next) / Activities and Minigames ( What is there to do other than missions in Night City. We know street racing is one of those activities but is their also movie theaters, sports like basketball we can play, bars, restaurants, etc.)

    This is my prediction, let me know what you want to see next in the comments.

    Honestly if this game turns out the way it's being hype up for it might end up being my favorite game of all time (I'm a SP RPG whore 😂). If so I will DEFINITELY be adding a tat of something from the game to my bod. Wanted to ask y'all what you think would be the best one. The obvious choice is the Samurai logo, beyond badass. Curious what you all would get given the opportunity
