For some reason I think it would be funny to use these to lightly tap on a door instead of using a fist to knock.

Minor concern, I hope they keep the weapon wall in V’s apartment, I’ve always loved these.

I love that there is a cyberdeck memory cost and timed cooldown for Netrunning abilities so it won't be overpowered

Excited for Cyberpunk2077, I had to make a Kinetic desktop wallpaper. It will also be free for anyone that wants it; I'll leave link in comments.

How do long sleeve outfits work with stuff like Mantis blades?

    Posted: 05 Jul 2020 04:02 PM PDT

I mean I'm assuming you can equip long sleeve outfits since the Corpo male V screenshot.

So we've seen gorilla-arms, mantis blades and wrist integrated grenade launchers; any chance CDPR will include throwback weapons from the 2020 rulebook?

Do we know if clothing will be able to be transmogged, so you can use some stats with different outfits?

    Posted: 05 Jul 2020 07:53 PM PDT

And also, can you buy that sick ass car you try to steal in the Street Kid intro?

I'm aware these might still be unknown, but it's worth asking.

    Option to toggle nudity?

    Posted: 05 Jul 2020 09:31 AM PDT

I swear I read it somewhere or watched a video from one of the you tubers after the recent NCW - that there'll be an option to toggle nudity on/off from the get go. If off, an basic white/grey underwear texture is added...

    ...I'm not going crazy, right?

    Trauma Team DLC Co-op/Multiplayer

    Posted: 05 Jul 2020 10:12 PM PDT

Cyberpunk 2077 follows "V", the mercenary-ish player character in Night City. And while it sounds like we'll have quite a robust world and decisions to make within it, it doesn't appear to be - from the dev's own words - a sim game where we can be and do literally whatever we want. Which, personally, sounds great to me in regards to having a more cohesive narrative and an actual jumping-off point for getting into this universe.

But this got me thinking, if CD Projekt RED were to do some DLC for the game, I honestly can't think of a cooler standalone addition than being able to play as a member of a Trauma Team recovery unit. You know, these guys. Perhaps a short series of missions from their point of view, maybe just over the course of one day's shift, in reference to some of the excellent Cyberpunk 2020 material.

Even better: Trauma Team co-op. 4 players all in one unit, two medics and two soldiers, picking up patients and taking out the people who get in their way. That short story actually had me thinking that a competitive multiplayer mode surrounding two insurance teams vying for one patient's life would also be an awesome idea.

I'm fascinated by these guys as a concept and just thought I'd throw these ideas out there, what do you guys think?

Do you think Cyberpunk 2077 will deliver on the hype for most?

    Posted: 05 Jul 2020 05:16 PM PDT

There is a lot of hype for this game. Honestly I would be completely satisfied if its "just" a great RPG with a fantastic story and characters + well done side quests. The combat just needs to be enjoyable like TW3's.

But it seems many are expecting some kind of Life simulator here + outstanding gameplay and I think those will be disappointed.
