    This is a little self serving, but I just wanted to thank our head mod u/SuperCoolGuyMan. He does a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure this sub runs smoothy, and is one of the best moderators I've worked with. He geniunely cares about this community, and puts so much time into ensuring you guys aren't flooded with low effort spam posts.

    He responds to 90% of our modmail quickly and is willing to admit when he's made a mistake, and takes on the advice of others.

    I know, as moderators, we're hated by default, but we're just fans who geniunely love this game and subreddit and want to make it better.

    As we get closer to launch we're going to do everything in our power to keep spoilers away from you, and u/SuperCoolGuyMan will be leading the effort.

    I just wanted to thank him here for all that he does for us. He makes this community a delight to participate in and a joy to moderate.

    Diving Deeper into the Awesome Details from the First 3 Minutes of the Deep Dive

    I rewatched the deep dive video and realized there's a whole lot of details that are kinda interesting to speculate about. So I took the first three minutes went really deep into it. It's really cool to see how detailed this game is. Spoiler Alert, maybe? Most of this stuff might change. It says so in the deep dive. I'm going by time stamps on the official YouTube video.

    0:08 we can see that the mission V is on is called "Pattern Recognition." We've been led to think V's trying to analyze the immortality chip(IC from now on) in this quest. Maybe not?

    0:14 one of the Unnamed Voodoo Boys(VBs) asks "who will protect her?" From what? Netwatch. Or are they referring to rogue AIs?

    0:19 another VB answers that "Leon and Jean-ki-ri" will protect V. I assume these are throwaway names.

    0:21 when V's uploading to the net, her HUD has a V icon in the upper right corner.

    0:34 a VB says V is ready to "plunge." Is that what V is doing in this quest? Also, why does V need to get in the ice bath with the VBs lie down on the weird tables.

    1:00 V's HUD is gone. This looks like a digitized version of wherever V was before.

    1:08 Brigitte is flanked by five other VBs. At first I thought those were copies of Brigitte at first. They're different characters though.

    1:15 Brigitte calls their data fortress a "BBS." What does BBS stand for?

    1:18 Then she says it's a bridge to the deep net. I'm confused. Wasn't it a data fortress?

    1:34 Well, the black wall is clearly red. Shouldn't it be the red wall? In the flashes Brigitte says V will be the first. I assume this means the first to cross the black wall.

    1:35 One of the skyscrapers in the background is called the Marquess. It looks pretty interesting. Probably an in game location.

    1:36 The region V and Placide are walking through is called Pacifica Coastview. The locals tell the aerodyne to go back to the city. Maybe they don't consider Pacifica to be part of Night City? Also, it looks like some political candidate is creating fake news. Make of that what you will.

    1:37 There's another location in the background that looks like it's called the Devil's Lair.

    1:38 When V is doing a burn out on the bike, it says he can "enter combat." Is that how V's able to shoot and ride? The hud looks like it has a battery meter on it. Also, V's location is Batty's Hotel. Maybe Batty's a character?

    1:39 the VB hideout is actually called the VB lookout. V's apparently going 66 mph. That seems a bit fast. Next frame, where V rips out a machine gun, it says she got 50 athletics XP. The mission objective is to get to the van, which is also in the frame.

    1:41 As V uses the laser garrote it says he's getting 120 melee XP. He's fighting Netwatch agents but is still in the Grand Imperial Mall. Maybe the animals moved in as protection for Netwatch.

    1:45 It says hotel in the background. Is this Batty's Hotel?

    1:56 Seeing Jackie, the way we followed Placide around was similar to how we followed Jackie around. It looks like companions might only be available during quests.

    2:02 The market V was in seems to be Batty's Hotel.

    2:04 Location is called Homeless Encampment

    2:07 It looks like we're only in the Grand Imperial Mall for the Netwatch Agent. Sasquatch is just an obstacle.

    2:08 looks like destructible interiors.

    2:38 what's going on with the chapel? Is this where Brigitte hangs out? The VBs have a religious view about the black wall AIs, is that why they're in a chapel?

    Important add. I know I said first three minutes but this is kinda interesting.

    3:19 Location is Roland's Butcher Shop. This looks like where we're told to meet Placide. Does Dexter DeShaun send us here? In the background we hear a broadcast about a politician named Peralez who wants to clean up Pacifica and set it straight. Is this the same politician who's disseminating fake news? Also, this is definitely a side quest. I bet we're gonna meet this Peralez eventually. I assume he'll be in conflict with the voodoo boys.

    Is there a way to stop this from happening? I want to order night city's gangs posters and I simply can't enter the US store, for some reason it keeps sending me to the EU one :(
