How do you think the "immortality chip" works? Posted: 01 May 2020 01:16 PM PDT I remember in an interview AGES ago, a CDPR rep hinted that the mysterious super-valuable chip V gets in the E3 trailer can possibly somehow stop it's user from dying. It was hinted that this might be used to explain during gameplay how V can "die" in-game but still continue to play (though CDPR haven't talked much on this subject specifically). IMO we clearly see this very thing happen in the Cinematic Trailer, when Dex seemingly shoots V fatally, and V wakes up in the junkyard still alive after presumably being dumped there as a "corpse". This raises an obvious question though - how does a microchip revive you after someone blows a big hole in your body? What I found interesting upon re-watching the trailer recently is that the pop-up that comes up and does a "body scan" over V's health seems to imply that V's body is still wrecked and not functioning correctly, or even that he/she might technically still be dead. "Body Scan: Overall Status: Unknown Head: Status Unknown **Connection Problem** Memory ID: Scan 100%, Status CRITICAL, **Connection Problem**, **Partitions Not Responding" AI ID: Scan 100%, Status CRITICAL, **HACKED**, Action: Isolate Threat" Technically the "hacked" status might be leftover from the attack T-Bug launched on V in the trailer. But the other readouts seem very odd to me. Okay maybe I'm just speculating but I imagine this could be a pretty massive twist. A taste of the 2077 soundtrack featuring all confirmed artist contributors Posted: 01 May 2020 08:49 AM PDT I made a playlist of ~40 tracks featuring all of the artists confirmed to be contributing music for Cyberpunk 2077 (RTJ, Grimes, Refused, A$AP Rocky and many others). This was a fun way for me to familiarize myself with them since I hadn't really listened to any of these artists too much in the past. I enjoyed digging into their discographies a little bit, and it helped to rekindle my excitement for the game to find such a highly varied group of musicians working on 2077! Based on the released Brazil rating of the game how much Actual Sex can we expect in the game? Posted: 01 May 2020 03:51 PM PDT Most games have for the most part always danced around sex. The part that got me finally interested in the game is that is being marketed as A game by Adult for Adults and thats something ive never really seen since most companies try to have all 3 age groups in their marketing plan. To this effect intercourse has been done to a degree in game but it hasnt really shown much or kept it pretty pg. Games have done violence to perfection and This game based on the list might push more then every in the Sex department of things. So in the NSFW stuff listed we got this and due keep in mind this is from Brazil so its worded a bit weird due to translation. Sexual Pleasurement Sexual Language (Spank me daddy?) Sexualization Sexual Exploitation Nudity Prostitution Sexual relationship Intense Sexual relationship (This one is Rated the highest on the list at 16+ in sexual related content) I just wanna see what everyone is taking away from all this. Some I can see what they mean others not so much. More so im curious about Number 7 and 8. Ones stated as regular while the other as intense which make me wonder what exactly that means.
