- The tweet is this, nothing much

- A Valentino's Funeral - art from the official steelbook
- My boyfriend has been waiting for Cyberpunk for so long, decided to surprise him with this electronic funk album cover I made on illustrator/photoshop!
- Is this still on track for release in June?
- I know everyone is angry at the marketing strat of CDPR rn. But this is all because of the delay, and the marketing has to be pushed back... Here is part of the transcript from the earnings call on the 10th. JUNE is the PLANNED start of marketing. So just be patient.

Before getting angry at CDPR for all the merch teases Posted: 19 Apr 2020 12:34 PM PDT A little perspective from somebody who works the marketing field. We are getting a lot of merch teasers that are pretty disheartening as we are starving for more details about the actual game itself. But, promoting a game and having game-themed merch is a big undertaking that involves signing contracts in many cases years ahead of release. As we are right at the time the game should have launched, I have a strong feeling that all of these merch teasers are contractually obligated. In all likelihood, the deals CDPR made for the Cyberpunk themed merch probably laid out exactly the kind of teasers and reveals that are required of them and the dates that they would be revealed. If the contract is signed, CDPR has to fulfill those requirements. We wouldn't care about all of these teasers if the game was out right now. But because it isn't, we are annoyed. I don't know for sure that this is the case, but I do know that it's pretty likely based on how these things generally work. [link] [comments]

Posted: 19 Apr 2020 09:04 AM PDT CDPR have already said we aren't getting any substantial game info until June, so no point in getting all worked up over them teasing other stuff until then. just saying [link] [comments]

UNPOPULAR OPINION- I would prefer CDPR to stay silent until they announce something game related. Posted: 19 Apr 2020 09:33 AM PDT Just in my personal opinion I think the teasing of merch or contest is just plain and annoying. At first yeah it was great way to promote the game but recently with case modding contests and possible headset launches I think it's just eye rolling. [link] [comments]

What we would like to see in DLCs if it's not in the launch Posted: 19 Apr 2020 03:03 PM PDT From what I've seen, these are the things that might not be in the launch game but they are either shown in the background of trailers and gameplays or they're in the lore. please comment If I got anything wrong.
If I missed anything or if you think they should add something else, let everyone know in the comments, thanks [link] [comments]
Is anyone else tired of the merchandise/competitions? Posted: 19 Apr 2020 09:36 AM PDT I know the game is delayed, and I know it probably has some development troubles due to current events, but I can't be the only one who's just tired of all these announcements that have nothing to do with the game. At this point, I would rather have CDPR be quiet. Everytime they tease something that could be kinda cool, it ends up being another merchandise item. [link] [comments]
