This is why the game isn’t out yet (Look at the gang member’s sleeve) I really appreciate how CDPR delayed the release so they could give us a great experience <3

I feel that another delay is colse, even if CDPR tried hard to deliver in September.GOD I wish I'm proven wrong!!!

Just saw Last of Us got delayed... So long as it's not cyberpunk, as far as I'm concerned this virus is just getting the ambiance just right.

I had a strange occurence with my pre-order and wondered if anyone here had the same happen to them

    Posted: 02 Apr 2020 02:49 PM PDT

So back before they delayed the game to September I had pre-ordered it on xbox. I hadn't looked for a while and while I was seeing which game I wanted to play I noticed the "pre-ordered" option was gone on my game in the xbox games section. I decided to humor myself by clicking on it to see if it would have launched since it didnt say pre-ordered. That's when it told me my game had been refunded or my pre-order was cancelled. I swiftly re pre-ordered the game and was just curious on to why it had stopped my purchase. Keep in mind I did not cancel my order

Sorry if hard to read on mobile

    Prepare for another delay

    Posted: 02 Apr 2020 01:18 PM PDT

As much as it sucks I'm fully convinced that we will have another delay coming let me explain why:

As we saw recently with the delay of The last of us 2 Covid also heavily affects the gaming industry . Not so much the actual development but the production and shipping of the actual game copies.

If the game was really pushed back because development isn't finished (which is 99% likely) and not because of the new console generation production hasn't started yet.

Corona will much likely not be solved till the end of the summer right around the time were cyberpunk is set to release. Even if they find a solution earlier the demand for production and logistics will skyrocket after a few months and the governments especially here in Europe will probably regulate the logistics and resources available to ensure a economic stimulus which will focus on helping the biggest economics like cars, banks etc to recover to prevent a depression. So it will be nearly impossible for a relatively unimportant thing like a gaming company to get the resources required to deliver a product on time.

I pray to God that this doesn't become reality but iam very pessimistic at the moment.

Do you think we will be able to resell the game on PC if we buy the physical disc?

As in the title. AFAIK The Witcher 3 didn't have any DRM
