    Hey Choombas,

First of all, sorry for not posting the thread last week. With everything going on in the world right now, I was sidetracked and forgot about it.

Nonetheless, last week the book club topic was the manga/movie Akira. We hope you all had a chance to watch or read it during the week. Please discuss what you thought of it below! -- How do you think the manga compares to the movie? In what ways do you see it's influence on Cyberpunk media today? Do you plan on role-playing any parts of it while playing Cyberpunk 2077?

As well, last week we posted a poll to vote for this week's book club, and the winner is: Blade Runner 2049! Blade Runner 2049 is the sequel to 1982's Blade Runner and is a great movie. It won the Oscars for cinematography and special effects. It was very deserving of both. As well, it does a great job at portraying a true Cyberpunk world.

Please vote on next week's book! (Options: Altered Carbon S1, Ghost in the Shell, Upgrade)

If you want to see something else in the vote for an upcoming week, please tell us in the comments!

Also, if you want to talk about some other cyberpunk media, feel free to make a post about it today. Just be sure to include some level of detail/discussion, as it won't be related to CP2077, and we don't want it to be an excuse for low effort posts.
