Interesting info mentioned/Deep Dive Q&A panel

    Posted: 01 Jan 2020 06:17 PM PST

Skipping through things we've heard hundred times over, some odd details they mentioned I haven't seen discussed ( video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SVAryZ0GLwE&feature=youtu.be )

    - Miles mentions possible social path in how to overcome an obstacle in quest/level design. ( This is odd, we haven't seen/heard of "Charisma" stat or skills)

    - Supposedly you can name your cars/vehicles

    - The ( world) map in the game seems some kind of Point cloud version ( 3D, like the one in Division)

    - Lifepath opening definitely seems more than just 5 minutes introduction ( start as different person, know different people, etc)

    - Cold blood skill allows you to survive in tough situations ( like low health). Athletics for example, opens up perks that allow physical feats like being able to run when carrying a body

    - Cyberware called Raven control system allows you to control Flathead

    - Shards are hardware parts you can "slot", so you can see how different cyberware implants works. ( not sure how this works...is this like braindance chips?)

    - Most areas have things called "access points" which allows netrunners to manipulate/affect technology in the area

    - However different areas ( in the world) don't have equal amount of opportunities/difficulty for every playstyle...like mentioned abandoned underground levels with not as much tech( for netrunner)

    - You need to hack enemy network first to use daemons ( as quick hacks) against them

    - Techie deals more directly, "physically" with hardware and environment ( netrunner: software). Flathead can be given commands, to attack, manipulate devices and environment. Example given: sending Flathead to collapse some broken object in the ceiling to fall down on enemy. There are also customization options for it.

    - More clarification on weapons. Three categories as mentioned: smart guns ( homing bullets), tech weapons ( with additional unique capabilities like penetration cover) and power weapons ( come with more customization options, like burst fire). Example: Russian made anti cyborg handgun that speeds up bullets the longer you fire, causing them to ignite and cause more "thermal damage" ( Seems like this type is better option for more "metallic" enemies). Also mentioned goal is to create "a small piece of story around the weapon and what it does" ( like classic rpgs "uniques"). ( Eight barrel shotgun confirmed ). Not all weapons have second fire mode.

    - Team of people working on brands behind products, weapons, etc. So world feels believable, with history behind everything.

    - Mr Studd Cyberware confirmed ( Pawel mentioned it is story related).

    - Weapon customization: boost stats, attachments/mods and appearance ( color)

    Upcoming months expectations

    Posted: 01 Jan 2020 03:27 AM PST

I really hope CDPR have planned something exciting for every month from now on.

Some of us are waiting for this game since summer of 2012, and now we are 3 months and 15 days away from Cyberpunk 2077 release ( if no delay ).

There is many things they could be showing in the upcoming months that we not saw in details yet : day & night cycle, different weather, explaining attributes, stats , rarity system, Fashion, NPC designs etc. All of the above can be done without spoilers. I know that many developers don't do things like that - but this is CD PROJEKT, company that has highest possible standards. They love their fanbase.

What do you guys think we can expect in january, february and march ?

Worried this is going to be delayed

    Posted: 01 Jan 2020 04:49 PM PST

This game is so ambitious and coming soon but I'm worried it will be delayed. Not that anything is ever sure till it is, but does anyone have any updates from CDPR about how the game is coming along? Just kind of worried we are going to get a Doom Eternal where the couple weeks before release it gets pushed back. It doesn't upset me as I'd rather a game be good than rushed but just lets a bit of the wind out of my sails.

Will the game be Xbox Play Anywhere?

    Posted: 01 Jan 2020 11:32 AM PST

The deal is that I want to play it on my Xbox, but to get my brother to split the cost with me, it needs to be available for him, and he only has a PC. I'd like to just get it on PC, but when I'm still using a GTX 650 graphics card, that's a no go. Any ideas?

    Body pshysics

    Posted: 01 Jan 2020 08:47 AM PST

Did they mentioned anything about the physics of bodys in cyberpunk? I just hope there is more radgedoll as in the witcher 3. It just feels weird and kill the immersion for me if my charackter or other npcs being moved like big containers. In the witchers world it is okay because you dont have any cars. But games like watchdogs, just cause, sleeping dogs and so on have cars and the physic engines of those games are not made to let fast things collide with other things. Rockstar games rage engine does this really well. I just hope they cared about that like about the driving physics.
