Ripperdoc Victor doesn't appear to have any cyber prosthetics or implants himself? His arm/hand device seems removeable and just an extension of his fingers. No visible face cyberware too. Interesting that the man whose job it is to implant cyberware and create prosthetics has none himself if true.

With only just over 24 days remaining, everyone remember, don't trust immediate user reviews.

    Posted: 25 Oct 2020 08:18 AM PDT

People LOVE to review bombs games they have never touched. Don't let it influence your decision if you are on the fence about buying. Metacritic and other game review sites run rampant with terrible reviews every time there is a big release from people who have not only not purchased the game, but who have never played it. Some who have not even looked into it. Other people find joy in ruining the experience any way they can for others. Remember to find your own trusted reviewer if you want to look into it before buying. Don't solely go off other people's reviews. I almost didn't buy TLOU2, God of war, and spiderman PS4 because review bombers discouraged me. Find your own trusted reviewer whether it be a friend, independent site that verified purchase of game, or a trusted youtube personality. Don't let others take away your fun and joy.

Pitch me your Cyberpunk 2077 Side Quest, Street Story, or Minor Quest!

I thought this might be a fun time killer!

    Here's mine:

A corpo offers V a substantial amount of money to kill a madman on a rampage. He's given a tracker and no further information. With the corpo background, V is able to determine that the quest-giver belongs to a corporation that manufactures Braindance technology.

You find the madman as he's robbing a grocery store. He's drugged up and has a plethora of cyberware implants. You can kill him, but you are given a chance to speak to him before doing so.

If you kill him, the mission is over and you get your eddies.

If you speak to him, it becomes apparent that he doesn't think he's in the real world – his mind is fried and he thinks he's experiencing a Braindance. He has no idea that he's actually wreaking havoc in Night City.

From here you have a few options:

    1) Put him out of his misery. He's too far gone.

    2) With the proper background/attributes/skills, convince the man that he's not in a Braindance and send him on his way

    3) You turn him in to the police. They'll get him help or throw him in the clink. Either way, not your problem.

    4) Return to the corpo that hired you and determine his motives either by hacking his PC or interrogating him. If you're lucky, you'll uncover the truth: the corporation was testing experimental "hyper-real" Braindance tech on the madman in question, and he escaped from the lab. You can then either help the madman get revenge on the corpos or deal with it yourself.

    5) Kill him anyway.
