Hey everyone, I'm really excited to play this game. One of my discord buddy gifted me this on my birthday back in May, only one month to go. Super stoked!

Am I the only one who’s in love with this song? And the shot and the end above Night City, it just fits so well.

A friendly reminder: Please don't turn this subreddit into a breeding ground for negativity post-release

    Posted: 09 Oct 2020 11:58 PM PDT

As is so common in other game-related subs, with only several weeks until release day expectations are high and the hype is very much real. In saying that, this sub seems to have a hugely disproportionate bias towards positive posts and creativity, something increasingly refreshing to see on Reddit. That said, we often see other subs turn into vacuous and hollow shooting matches after release day. Let's please try to avoid that.

    Some home truths:

Cyberpunk 2077 will not be perfect - nothing is. Keep your feedback relevant, reasonable and dignified. Assuming it's not a game-altering bug or a defect that the developers should know about straight away, give yourself 24 hours to think about any critical posts and consider how best to give measured, mature, constructive feedback.

If you play this game non-stop for the first few weeks after release, you're gonna burn yourself out. Remember to take regular breaks, hydrate and get outside once in a while. The healthier you stay outside of Cybperunk 2077, the more you'll enjoy it when you sit down to play.

Cyberpunk 2077 is just a game. Manage your expectations. CDPR have spent considerable time, effort and creative resources to design this AAA title but they are still a team of human beings with feelings and limitations, please remember and respect that.

Keep up the positive vibes. Enjoy the game. Have fun.

Edit: Too many people are commenting without reading my post. At no point did I condone only making positive posts on this subreddit but I am advocating that anything negative is kept fair, informed and constructive.
