- Can we just talk about how there's more than one reload animation per weapon?
- From the lore book. Only people who speak Spanish can laugh.
- Braindance and Nicola ads in Night City in 2021 appear in the world book to be the same as in 2077..

Anyone else excited about the whole relationship mechanic? Posted: 08 Aug 2020 02:43 PM PDT So I've noticed how in some games, the whole relationship/friendship deal has no real meaning to it, if that makes sense. Like, you do some quests, retrieve some object, and then what? Nothing. The actual relationship doesn't grow from there. It just goes stale, as if nothing ever happened. Either they're just there to be another companion to have around and help fight, or you just never see each other again. With Cyberpunk (from what I heard atleast), it's going to be much better. First off, there's no meter telling you if they like it dislike you. And, you won't actually know if you did something that they dislike, unless they tell you. You'll actually have to learn their likes and dislikes. Also, not everyone is instantly attracted to you, or wants to be your friend right off the bat. This type of stuff actually depends on your life path, gender, play style, etc. Going off of this, if you do successfully form a relationship with one person, it might ruin a relationship with another person. Also, these relationships will probably grow as you spend more time with them, do more missions with them, and stuff like that. Yeah, there'll most likely be personal missions they might have for you to further grown the relationship. But once you successfully become platonically or romantically involved with them, I think you can still have meaningful moments with them - instead of just never talking or seeing them again. Sorry if this is all over the place, just wanted to get it all out now! [link] [comments]
Can we just talk about how there's more than one reload animation per weapon? Posted: 08 Aug 2020 08:11 PM PDT And not just like "this attachment changes the reload," it's "when you reload, it's not the same every time." I think that's really cool, and something that developers should do way more often. The only other game I've seen that in is for the M1 Garand in BFV. [link] [comments]

Posted: 08 Aug 2020 03:19 PM PDT What I mean is if you can just go to a bar in night city and just watch one for the sake of it. Will we be able to do that or will they be only for quests and such? [link] [comments]

Posted: 08 Aug 2020 07:51 AM PDT I mean, akin to Fallout: NV, will we be able to see in the menu how the various gangs, or corps, or nomads feel towards the V we play? Do you think it would improve the game or just detract from freedom of choice and player fluidity? [link] [comments]
