    Hey Choombas,

Last week the book club topic was Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? is a 1968 novel written by Philip K. Dick and the basis for the movie Blade Runner. We hope you all had a chance to read it over the past week. Please discuss what you thought of it below! -- How do you think it compares to Blade Runner? In what ways has it influenced other Cyberpunk media? Do you plan on role-playing any parts of it while playing Cyberpunk 2077?

As well, last week we posted a poll to vote for this week's book club, and the winner is: Upgrade ! Upgrade is a live-action movie which came out in 2018.

Please vote on next week's topic! (Options: Altered Carbon Season 2, Westworld Season 3, Count Zero)

If you want to see something else in the vote for an upcoming week, please tell us in the comments!

My Entry Called the Kang Tao: Cadillac. I used a broken Cadillac break light as my recycled piece added tons of filters to get some of the colors I wanted. Don't like my chances after seeing some of yall's work lol.

Here's the little details i've seen on the 48 minute long gameplay that you might have missed

    Posted: 16 May 2020 12:13 PM PDT

So I was bored and decided to analyze the 48 minute long gameplay. And I know a lot of people might be tired of watching it, but I just wanted to share this anyways... I commented this on the original video, I don't use reddit a lot but I think i'd be cool to share it here too, there's an actual chance that people might read your comment lol.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjF9GgrY9c0&t=1772s

Every time I watch this gameplay video I notice very small new little details all the time. Share what you've found since I most likely missed something else besides what I did.
You've probably already seen these but here's what I've found

    - 2:06 weapon chamber check animation.. Please tell me it has a key to do at will

    - 3:26 The weapon rises for a brief moment because V is too close to the wall, It's nice to see realistic objects and dimensions in proportion to the environment

-13:01 Twins lmao. (probably duplicated NPCs)

    - 14:08 NPC to the right looking for food in the trash

-15:45 the lighting actually reflects on Dex's arm

-17:22 special dialogue for the diner worker related her work, I mean, most people are going to breeze through this and not even realyze... It doesn't look like fallout 4 where NPCS in the cantina as NPCs in a trading post say the same lines again and again.

-18:32 this one isn't that hard to miss but Jackie's eyes glow as he sees the info on the shard he plugged in

-19:04 looks like Victor used to be a trauma team member, he has a patch on his right leg, or maybe he just found it around and put it on lol.

-26:01 I always wonder where that trash bag went, it was never seen again :(

-26:14 Car on the left kind of looks like a mustang type thing. Me wants

-28:33 I really hope you can put some damn Ironsights on that gun
    - This one is old news but, 28:56 Meredith's little neck tattoo says "Never Again" with a broken heart. I hope we can change that ;)

    - Weapons appear to have reload animation variants, not every reload has the same animation. Example: 39:22 Different from 39:41 and another one 39:50 So that's at least three.. I also saw a the same in case with the shotgun. Is it the same for all weapons?.. That would be actually insane.

    - There are different crosshairs for some types of weapons, assuming they have different spread and accuracy, the shotgun for example, It also has also has two little bars under the corsshair that indicates ammo quantity.

    - At 40:09 when V is about to shoot with the alternate firemode, the bars under the shotgun's corsshair I mentioned earlier charge up, meaning it shoots both shells at the same time along with some overloading kind of tech thing to make it even more devastating. And they didn't even reach the full bar, meaning maybe the damage could even be more devastating if you let it load all the way.

    - At 40:24 you can see when V is reloading the shotgun, she tries to reload both shells at the same time but slips and one of them goes outside the barrel, and she ends up loading one by one
    - Obvious one but, Equipping new weapons appear to have a nice animation, I wonder if you can see this only once the first time you grab the weapon or every time you equip it from picking it up from the ground or from your armory in V's appartmen or somewhere else. (No i don't mean switching weapons)

    - 40:43 Looks like you can have a maximum of 4 quick access weapons (which is fine), there's one last spot that says "Empty" where that one would go, i'm guessing the rest of the weapons you pickup and don't have equipped would go on your "Backpack"

    - 41:12 If you look at the downside of the ammo counter when V is using the SMG, you can see that this particular gun appears to have different fire selection modse "S" "F/A" and "BST" Which I would assume "Fully automatic" "Burst" I don't know what "S" means though, I don't think it's "Safe" because the pistol has "F/A" "S/A" (Semi automatic I guess). and instead of "S" it has "P" ... The shotgun also has different letters, "T" "S/A" "CHD" again, No clue that "T" means.

    - 41:33 V takes her second whiff as the doctor told her to earlier lol. Wonder if there are side effects to not doing it?.. What even does it do.. Is it scripted or you have to do it manually, if it's there it's for a reason right?..

    - 44:13 When V scans Royce it gives you a hint on how to reduce his threat level

    - 44:24 Looks like if you switch your weapon in the middle of reloading you still don't have the ammo as you can see on the botton right (Which makes sense) But it's nice to see because a lot of games make it so that as soon as you intitate the reload animation the weapon is considered reloaded. It makes me wonder if it takes more realistic elements such as: Weapon is empty until the "magazine is in" part of the animation is complete. Which kind of looks to be the case as you can see at 44:48 where the ammo counter stays in zero until the magazine is in. That's actually insane.

    - 45:38 This one is easy to miss. But V has only fired one shell, and she also reloads only one.

    - 46:40 The smoke follows her cigarette lol.

    - 47:55 When you drive, you can hear the gears shifting, Just like in most games that have driving, I just wonder if you can drive a car in manual lol, There is also another Gear level indicator besides the digital one in pink, next to the wheel on the left. which lead me to believe that yeah maybe you can probably drive manual, another hint is, at 26:49 when V gets out of the car, you can see all three, Throttle, breaks and clutch.. - Also There are these letter that remind me of the weapon fire modes but inside the car, "XC" "RW" (Rear wheel?)" and "APLT".. I wonder if they are toggable and what they actually mean.

Last post for a while. I want to thank you all for being kind and enthusiastic about my art work and am glad that the community is so friendly. Here is some work I did today of the current box art of male V. I did make some mistakes and hope you can forgive that. Thank you all again! Have a good day

SMALL DETAIL: In the 48-minute trailer, I noticed that the poster for the in-universe movie ‘Bushido 6’ seems to bear quite the resemblance to the ‘Entropism - Necessity Over Style’ poster

CD Projekt Red Summer 2012- announcement of Cyberpunk 2077. The passion and love Marcin Iwinski speaks with really puts into perspective how 8 years of development will come together in September. Can’t wait!

What do you guys think of some sort of transmog system or vanity item slots?

    Posted: 16 May 2020 04:36 PM PDT

Since this game heavily emphasizes customization, both skill and character wise, I think It would cool If we had some sort of transmog system where you could choose a piece of armor you either have already used or have in your inventory to layer it over your current gear.

This way, you could concile both stats and appearence, as you wouldn't be forced to keep switching pieces (which reminds of The Witcher 3 and those horrible gambisons haha)

    So, what do you think?

We haven’t heard much about 6th Street since their logo reveal. Do you think the two guys with the guns could be a part of that gang? The one wearing camo and the other with stars on his jacket makes me think so but idk. Let me know what you guys think!
